TERMS & CONDITIONS

a) Eligibility – The Services offered by OnAirDream are available for purchase to individuals with the requisite authority to travel across countries and are over the age of 18 years.

b) Payments – We accept Payments through:

• Discover
• MasterCard
• American Express
• Visa
• Bank Transfer/ NEFT

All the products and services provided and assured by the Organization are subject to payment realization prior to the departure of the flight.

c) Prices

The prices as quoted in the OnAirDream brochure(s)/quotation are in USD or its equivalent in foreign currency. OnAirDream reserves the right to amend these costs in case of currency fluctuation and changes in various exchange rates and/or fuel cost before departure, and to surcharge accordingly. All such price increases must be fully paid for whenever they arise.

Once the booking has been made, no refund request will be entertained.

The following are NOT included as a part of the cost:

• Extra baggage charges
• Custom fees
• Port charges
• Immigration fees
• Inspection fees
• Airport parking
• Departure taxes levied by foreign governments
• Cost of passports and Visas

However, if any of the above are stated in the offer description, then the costs will be included in the package.

d) Issuing Travel Documents

The traveler must ensure that they provide correct information for the issue of travel documents. OnAirDream does not hold any liability if furnishing incorrect details hinders the process.

The travel documents issued under any name will only be sent to the person who has placed the order and has agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

e) Cancellations and Alterations Policy

The cancellation of tickets is subject to our Cancellation and Alterations Policy, which varies from one offer to another. The policy can be reviewed by the customer before making the booking via Email. In case of doubts, please clear them via mail or direct call on our toll-free number.

f) Insurance

OnAirDream offers no insurance services and is not responsible for any uninsured loss of the customer. We recommend that all travelers make their insurance purchases separately before going on any trip. Our customer care providers may refer you to insurance companies to support your travel arrangements. It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to research the reliability of the company, though.

g) Seller of Travel Disclosures

OnAirDream has a trust account as per the requirement of the law of California. OnAirDream is a member participant of the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF). *Customer making a purchase from outside California, the transaction is not covered under TCRF.

h) Valid Passports, Visas

It is not our responsibility to verify whether or not the customer has the necessary visas and passport before making the trip. A valid passport and travel visa are required to travel by air to any place outside the U.S. The traveler must ensure that they are in possession of the above two and carry with them the other travel documents furnished by OnAirDream based on the information given by the customer themselves.

i) Marketing Materials

OnAirDream illustrates its services using photographs and descriptions for referral purposes only. We do not guarantee the exact same services or conditions available at the destinations pictured on our blogs or anywhere on the site.

The information on our site comes from diverse sources, some of which cannot be entirely verified and might be inaccurate. Travelers are therefore advised to use their own discretion.

j) Limitation of Liability

OnAirDream is a mere facilitator, and in no event will be LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages of any type. Damage claims resulting in loss of opportunity, exceeding the total payment made by the customer under the agreement will not be OnAirDream’s Liability.
